The Meadow Cottage, with its view of the surrounding hills, has a sleeping loft, wall-to-wall carpeting, a fully equipped kitchen, bath with shower, propane heater, wood stove and a deck extending on two sides. The sleeping loft has a double bed and two single beds and there is a queen-size sofa bed on the main floor. There is no electricity except for an occasional-use outlet run by a generator which also works the water pump. All the appliances, lights and heaters are run on propane.

The Woods Cottage is nestled protectively within a forest clearing. It has two bedrooms on the main floor and a sleeping loft, fully equipped galley kitchen, wood stove, propane heaters, wall-to-wall carpeting, two bathrooms with showers, and decks on three sides. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other a single bed. The loft has one double and one single bed. There is no electricity except for an occasional-use outlet run by a generator which also works the water pump. All the appliances, lights and heaters are run on propane.
